Makhaya Arts and Cultural Development presented the Africa Village event
themed South Africa in Colours at the Museums Quarter in Vienna from the
23rd to the 26 of June in Vienna. The event was a great promotional tool
for South Africa Arts, Culture and people. Africa Village was brought to
Vienna by Makhaya Arts and Cultural Development with support of the South
African embassy and the National Lottery Distribution Fund.
The festival segments included live shows, arts and crafts exhibition,
tourism promotion, storytelling, performances by Lira and Caitlin and
fashion show by David Tlale. The Montenegro, Budva one kicks of
tomorrow until the 10 July 2011
